
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Terms and conditions are set out to protect my clients and myself. Please ensure you have read and are happy with all the terms and conditions before you proceed with your booking. Once you have have booked and placed a deposit with myself you are entering into a contract by which you agree with the terms and conditions stated below.
How do I book and what deposit do you require?
To book, please complete an enquiry form on the ‘contact me’ page. To secure your wedding date I require a £50 deposit which is deducted from your final invoice. I operate on a first come first serve basis, where I may be available when you first enquire the date is not secured until the deposit is received via bank transfer. All deposits are non refundable.
Do you have a minimum booking fee?
Yes I do, on Fridays and Saturdays, from May- September there is a minimum booking of Bride+3 or 4 services or the monetary equivalent.
Are there any additional costs?
My prices do not include travel and all travel is charged at 50p per mile (2025) as a round trip from ME8. If the journey is too far to travel on the day at my own discretion accommodation expenses will apply, this will be confirmed upon enquiry.
Any additional charges, such as tolls, emissions charge, will be covered by the bride however this will be discussed upon enquiry and factored into your quote.
Full balance is due up to 14 days prior to the date.
What if I need to change/cancel my booking?
If you cancel your booking your deposit will not be refunded.
If you wish to change your booking by increasing the services this will be accepted as long as time on the day allows. If you wish to change your booking by decreasing the services originally booked with less than 3 months notice you will still be expected to pay the full balance.
If you decrease your services for a wedding on a Friday or Saturday from May-September you will still be expected to pay the minimum of bride+3.
When and where would my trial be?
All trials are held Monday-Friday at the salon, The Landings, Kings Hill, ME194SU. Trials take place from January- April before peak season starts, to ensure to get everyone in.
I allow 1 hour 30 minutes per service hair/makeup for the Bride then an additional hour for any additional trials for bridal party members. During your trial you can choose to trial one look, small tweaks can be made where allowed depending on the style.
All brides must have a trial anyone else is optional, this is to ensure you are 100% happy with the look.
Payments for trials are separate to original quote and will need to be paid on the day of your appointment before you leave. This can be made either via bank transfer or cash.
What is your cancellation policy for occasion appointments?
Certain peak times of the year may require a non refundable 50% deposit to secure your appointment, this includes ascot and Christmas week, new years eve, bank holidays and any other peak dates at my discretion. This will be taken at the point of booking and your appointment will not be secure until received.
If you need to cancel your occasion appointment with me, in the event where you fail to give 24hrs notice to cancel you will be required to pay 50% of your appointment price.
In the occasion that you give less than 24hrs notice of cancellation you will be required to pay 100% of your appointment.
